To try and fill the void I feel upon retiring from cake decorating I have decided to start offering Cookie Decorating Classes at my house in North Norway.
I will be offering 2 types of classes, group and singles.
For a group class, it will be up to you to organize a bunch of your friends, family or co-workers and coordinate a date and time with me when you can all attend as a group. These groups must be a minimum of 3, with a maximum of 6 people. The more the merrier.
For singles classes, I will announce a few dates and times and if at least 4 people commit to attending a particular session, I will finalize all the details and let everyone know that the class is a go. I will post a bunch of dates and times here once I have a chance to finalize my calendar. Stay tuned!
During each class I will demonstrate multiple cookie decorating techniques which you will get a chance to try your hand at. I will provide all necessary items including cookies, frosting and tools.
Each class’ cookie designs will be centered around the next major holiday or if your group has a special theme they are interested in, I will try and find cutters to match. No guarantees though.
At the end of class each attendee will leave with at least 6 different cookie designs, possibly more depending on how quickly you as a group can master and move onto the next technique.
